Web-backed deep research runs from here and from Data Chat (tools start_deep_research / get_deep_research).
Prompts below save to Firestore (same as Prompt Manager) and apply to the next run.
Regions are sub-state metros (e.g. San Diego, CA or Bay Area, CA). When a tearsheet's event matches a region by venue city or series-name pattern, the region's deep research is used instead of the state's, so the brief speaks to the actual buyer (City of San Diego) rather than the state CIO.
